Ok, so most of us know that our bodies are made up of 70-75% water. If you didn’t, you’re welcome. A couple of my friends have been talking about the gallon of water a day challenge. I even have a trainer in the making friend tell me “Now, to fully understand what I am talking about, let me define enough. 100 oz of plain, nothing added to it, water is my benchmark for ‘enough.'”. I can drink about 60-80 oz in the summer no problem. I work in a warehouse where I sweat all day. BUT… the winter is my downfall. I don’t find water enjoyable to just drink for fun. Weirdos!
I’m starting tomorrow with this water nonsense lol. I’m a heavy sweat tea and pop drinker. I think it will help tremendously with my muscle soreness I get from working out. I have a feeling I will be peeing forever and a day once this starts… I’ll keep you updated.
